Amusingly, kayak.com says American will sell you a $284 round trip to Albuquerque from Portland, leaving PDX at 3.15 today, and returning at various times tomorrow, around 5 hrs travel each way. The usual response to one of these queries is $1000 and 16 hrs travel time.
