Yes. I had them track down a very illusive problem: the car would start
fine, get me to wedtech & pharmaca, then not restart except after a 30 min
wait. This happened sever times so I asked them about it.

They had me call them whenever it happened, which happily occurred while at
home. They sent over a tech who fussed with it a bit, hit the gas tank with
a mallet, decided it was the fuel pump. Sent over a tow service they use,
much cheaper than my alternative. It was fixed w/in the day. They picked me
up to get the car!
