To be clear, the abstract quoted in the pocket article seems to be the Summary 
of the Cell paper, not the abstract from the JNeuro paper:

Very nice find, Steve! And it definitely validates the argument that the 
"centralized response" bogeyman is a right wing, individualist trope.
