Oops, I must admit I totally forgot to add an index 😬. I have used Microsoft 
Word for the text and draw.io for the charts. If MS Word is not able to 
generate an index or if the publisher (if I find one) wants a different format 
I might have to switch to a different tool like LaTeX. Thanks!-J.
