This presentation will interest those of us into schadenfreude. It features graphically the relation between states' opening up policies and the number of new cases. Since each graph is normalized to the State's highest daily amount of new cases, it de=emphasizes total cases, and the relation between total cases and population density. But for those of us keeping a "We-told-you-so!" score, it may prove useful. N
