On the other hand, one of my favorite quotes is from Anton LaVey: "It's too bad 
stupidity isn't painful." People are masterful at avoiding pain and 
responsibility. I know positive reinforcement works best. But it's hard to 
resist the urge to clock people when they do something stupid.
