*Kathleen M. Carley* is a Professor of Computer Science in the Institute
for Software Research and the Director of the Center for Informed Democracy
and Social Cybersecurity (IDeaS) and Center for Computational Analysis. She
will highlight her work

which he leads. NOVID was the first anonymous contact tracing app published
