Ha! I should probably go to lunch too. What is funny is that I would almost argue the opposite. The commutativity and transitivity almost seem to evoke parallelism to me. While on a short walk, I started to wonder whether or not (given a chain A->B->C), we could equally say that A screens B at C (relative to the literature)?
