Think of the outsourcing of work that goes to countries like Romania (IBM, Google, etc). I don’t agree with the article that Ukraine is necessarily a toxic asset. It could be cheap labor to someone like Musk with his relaxed constraints.. Build anything you want, anywhere you want. Lots of motivated people.
