When Dave was asking about unsafe LLMs, I thought about firing up a virtual 
cluster to provide the service. (only for those who have been vouched, of 
course) But then I realized most of my salary comes from the NIH and I may be 
homeless soon. But there's definitely a need for a non-profit hosting service
