No, MathAction only reports a failure of Issue 83 when using
OpenAxiom. It works with FriCAS compiled from svn on 2008/08/06 as you
can see on page:

Click 'edit', choose Axiom: friCAS-20080806 for the version and then
click 'Preview'.

The patch you sent concerning Fortran function names fails when the
modified version of 'format.boot' is used with this same version of
FriCAS.
