In fact, it seems that we do not use patch. We used to patch
gcl sources (but we no longer do this). I thought to we use
patch on noweb, but currently we use sed to modify noweb
Makefile.
So ATM we probably can drop patch from list of prerequistes.
But thare is good chance that it will be back in the future
(if we include unother package).
