Ralf, I did *not* ask for inclusion *in the current state*. Rather, I was asking whether there is sufficient interest from other people warranting the extra effort on my side to document and test it. I use this package roughly twice a year. For that purpose it is fit. However, if at least one other person computes from time to time in the Dirichlet ring, it might make sense to include the package into FriCAS itself.
