As far as I know, sbcl is the fastest on linux, and it is very well supported. Note that you can enable gmp support by passing --with-gmp to configure. Moreover, if stability is not top priority, then passing --with-algebra-optimization="((speed 3) (safety 0))" to configure will give you yet more speed.
