I've replaced all occurrences of 'sayTeX' with 'sayMml' in my posted
version mathml.spad.pamphlet. To make it work requires also executing
)lisp (defun |sayMml| (x) (if (null x) nil (sayBrightly1 x
|$mathmlOutputStream|)))
