Having a separate process exclusively for sending a few lines to fricas is an overkill, I think. It would be much better to have a method to read an extra file before starting an interactive session. For example, just after .fricas.input. Is it too difficult to find the place in the sources which reads .fricas.input, and to duplicate it, with the file name taken from the command line?
