Filesystem error with pathname #P"D:/cygdrive/d/fricas/config.lisp".
Ooops. But isn't /cygdrive/d just the same as D:?
I suspect that ecl is adding the "D:" in front.
Can you figure out whether ecl does this by specification while running
under cygwin?
