I have just commited change to OutputForm so that output form
for derivatives is '(PRIME a b)' where 'a' is the function
(symbol) and 'b' is sequences of commas or roman numeral
in parenchesis. Previously we had '(SUPERSUB a " " b)'
which was indistingushable from normal superscripts.
I have adjusted textual output, TeX, Texmacs and Formula
formats so that using new construct derivatives are rendered
as before. However, the idea is that formatter which wants
to distinguish between superscipts and derivatives can do
this easily.
ATM due to this change output of derivative in MathML is
broken -- I will fix this in few days, but MathML needs
significant changes, and this is change is needed to do
the other. Sorry for inconvenience.
Of other formats Fortran does not support derivatives
at all and HTML before change produced something strange,
so I do not know what the inteded output is...
