Last night, I've found out, that for none of the revisions 1037-1055 I can compile FriCAS (64bit with SBCL 1.0.45.0.debian and gmp). I did a non-parallel build.

Can somebody confirm that trunk was broken for a while? Or can somebody report a version in that range that compiles? What are your system settings?

It's actually bad, since one of these commits introduced a regression in the build of the fricas-aldor interface.

Actually, r1056 (Fix build with newer sbcl) suggests that I might be using a too recent sbcl on my machine.

Ralf,

Yes, that is the same error that I see for 1037 and 1038. I have not
had time yet to finish an updated bisection that checks both build
with and build without aldor.

Ooops, that overlong line is probably triggered by my using such a long
directory name.

Anyway, that is a bug. I'll check whether it's also existing in the current
trunk.

With shorter dirname I see that...

Phase 1
./boot-sum.sh: 19:
/home/hemmecke/scratch/build/f/build/x86_64-unknown-linux/bin/interpsys: not
found
Phase 2
mv: cannot stat `browse.daase': No such file or directory

mv: cannot stat `compress.daase': No such file or directory
mv: cannot stat `interp.daase': No such file or directory
mv: cannot stat `operation.daase': No such file or directory
make[3]: *** [stamp-db] Error 1

Can you confirm for 1037?
