I see, this was a typo in FriCAS source.  Should be fixed in
the trunk.

I have tested with recent CVS.  I think that 11.1.1 release is
not affected by that typo (however, all recent CVS checkout
claims to be 11.1.1).   For long time I have not tested with
10.3.1 -- I have mostly used later versions and sometimes
earlier ones.
