Dear Stephen,

with great regret and sadness I take notice that ALDOR died, R.I.P!
I am so sad
that all efforts to save it did not succeed. I would at this point
like to thank especially
Ralf Hemmecke for his 2 1/2 year continuous effort to save ALDOR.
Actually I do not see why it was not possible to find a medicine to
cure ALDOR, sic a free license, and I would be very grateful if you
could provide some more explanation why
ALDOR had to die.
Needless to say that many people, including me, will miss ALDOR, and
will keep many
of its attitudes fondly remembered.

With deep regrets
BF.
