currently, the Aldor files necessary to build the aldor interface are
(to my knowledge) nowhere publicly available. :-(
Since we cannot distribute these files, our users can only build the
interface, if they already have the aldor sources on their local machine.
Should we put a message in the INSTALL.aldor file saying that the Aldor
project is currently dead?
I would be reluctant to remove the src/aldor/ directory, but the current
situation is rather bad.

ALDORSOURCE=https://svn.origo.ethz.ch/algebraist/trunk
in configure.ac should definitely point be
ALDORSOURCE=https://aquarium.aldor.csd.uwo.ca/svn/trunk
so at least we had a chance in case Stephen Watt restarts the SVN server.
