I am planning new release. It would be nice to release
before Easter, but I would also like to looks at open
bugs and fix some so beginning of April is more realistic.
For the new release I think that we should should use
1.2.0 number. Namely we have accumulated quite a lot
of additions in 1.1.x series so bumping middle number
is good for indicationg progress. Second, compared
to 1.1.8 we have changes to parser and scanner which
seem to work quite well but may cause incompatibilities
so change of middle number is appropriate.
