I am affraid we have nothing.  For constant coefficient equations
we could easily add appropriate routine using factorization
+ Gosper to handle nonhomogeneous equations.  For variable
coefficients decent routine would use factorization but
currently we do not have factorization for variable coefficients
linear difference operators...  Ore algebras could help in
variable coefficients case, but while we have some algorothms
we miss several others.
