while comparing the .ht file with the ones on NAGcdrom, I've found ...
(see diff below). In particular, the
\ignore{GenralQuaternion}
^^^^^^
looks like a typo.
This is just to let you know. Since I'm currently changing the .htex
files, the problem will be gone when I'm able to generate the .ht files
from .htex.
