(I was sure that Axiom has almost everything).
I am going 
1) to consult about what precisely is needed
   (and if agreed),
2) to recall the FriCAS usage, to find the needed packages in FriCAS,
3) to introduce this colleage to FriCAS,
4) and then to see whether it is needed anything else.
