As I said, this file is not latex, hence it must
fail if you try to compile it.

I have no pdf output, this documentation is shown
in the online help browser of Fricas. I don't know
if there is an easy way to make a pdf.

Anyway, just scroll down to the end, the documentation
is in the very last section.

I need to add some more information to describe all
the new features proposed.

I hope that (at least parts) of this will go into
the next version, but I have no idea when that will

That would be the goal, yes.

Matlab and python/numpy have a very nice concept
for dealing with matrices.
