\begin{axiom} ... \begin{spad} etc. is not currently supported in
Restructured Text format on the wiki. If you really really wanted it,
I think it would not be too difficult to add this support.
"Noweb pamphlet" format is really the same as
"StructuredText+Latex+Math" format but it optionally includes the
inclusion of a complete LaTeX document with embedded noweb coding and
\begin{axiom} ... stuff as the first item on the web page. The LaTeX
document is generated by inserting FriCAS output and then rendered as
PDF. Notangle can be called to extract embedded source code by chunk
name. After the document itself StructuredText with embedded
\begin{axiom} ... can be added. It is rendered as HTML in the usual
way.
It should be quite easy (well, not to difficult) to do the same thing
but supporting RestructuredText encoding for the HTML part.
