Most frequent values of type having string form, like
"failed" were specially hacked in outputTran to put
quotes around them. Other like "potentialPole" were
printed without quotes.

I have now modified interpreter and runtime so that
such hacking in outputTran is no longer needed. Now
all values of such types have output form containing
string quotes. So now also "potentialPole" will
have quotes in the output.

Note that this is about values. The types are still
normally printed without quotes.
