Could you tell me what:
xlsfonts -fn -adobe-courier-medium-r-*
gives on various machines? On my machine it gives me
several lines like
-adobe-courier-medium-r-normal--17-120-100-100-m-100-iso10646-1
specifying available sizes and encodings. Currently HyperDoc
asks for size 18 and it seems that most machines miss it.
I wonder if there is a common widely available size (or
maybe set of sizes).
BTW: When I try
xlsfonts -fn -adobe-courier-bold-r-*
or
xlsfonts -fn -adobe-courier-medium-o-*
or
xlsfonts -fn -adobe-courier-bold-o-*
I get the same set of sizes and encodings. I that differs on
other machines I would like to know.
