Currently 'fortFormatHead' is in Spad, but one call place
in fortran.spad.pamphlet line 1363 still uses '$Lisp' to
call it. This is fixed in my private tree, but what I have
is quite different than trunk: I have translated most of
newfort.boot to Spad and I am trying to clean it up and
finish translation. In few days I shall be ready to
commit.
BTW: HyperDoc behaves strange in case of error. Sometimes
it looses sync and build hangs. Sometimes we get 'error'
marker. Sometimes simply there are no output...

OK, I already commited all fixes that I had.
