I've looked into the script which gives me the impression that your examples.list file is corrupt. Can you sent that to me and check whether it's creation was OK? Logs? It should start like ALIST AssociationList BBTREE BalancedBinaryTree BOP BasicOperator BINARY BinaryExpansion BSTREE BinarySearchTree CARD CardinalNumber CARTEN CartesianTensor CHAR Character and just be the short and long name of all constructors.
