Currently building inside source tree fails on case-insensitive
filesystems -- we have a lot of generated .spad files which
diff only by case from source file. There were problem in
unpack_file script when using BSD sed, this should be fixed
now.
Build in separate directory on Mac OS and Windows should
works, but please report both success and failure.
