I am sure there are other people here besides me who mostly just read the list and don't write much these days. Sometimes you might feel like it is all "just conversation" but luckily we do have very good search software for public email list archives. Asking the right questions and thus providing motivation to write good answers is an important contribution to documenting open source software..Someone who was strongly motivated to improve FriCAS documentation would do well by trolling the email list, collecting, collating and merging comments written here.
