Interesting, the function convert: (OutputForm, Integer, OutputForm) -> %
is actually nowhere implemented in TexFormat. Also =: (%, %) -> Boolean hashUpdate!: (HashState, %) -> HashState are missing. In fact, I don't see a reason why TexFormat must export SetCategory.
