Hello, it's time to make a new TexFormat domain public.
https://github.com/hemmecke/fricas/commits/tex-latex Follow the instructions in the commit messages to see a number of tests. (Should work on a recent enough compiled version of FriCAS. No need to recompile everything just for the test.) As always, I'd appreciate comments on this code. I mostly welcome an extension of the test file. Please include what you expect that should come out, if you don't like the current output. In fact, there are a number of places where even the algebra output seems wrong in my eyes, but since we don't have a clear specification of what OutputForm actually is, I rather like to open a discussion on this. I believe that the new structure could easily be carried over to mathml, html and texmacs formatters, but I haven't really looked into those files. Patches for efricas will are in preparation. How MathAction is to be patched is unclear to me since I don't yet have a _copy_ of the currently running system. Waldek?
