Well, doubling Fraction may certainly seem useless, but there can be cases that have R: IntegralDomain in the parameter list of the constructor and later build Fraction(R). Well, I don't have a concrete case or algorithm where this happens (so it is not urgent or important), but potentially Fraction(Fraction(R)) can happen this way. But OK, if it's only restricted in the interpreter, we probably have nothing to do.
