First step of computing exponential parts is to compute Newton
polynomials associated with slopes of Newton polygon and factoring
them.

Eventually yes.  Just there is no rush to do this now.  For such
change you would need to fetch new (developement) FriCAS version.
If you want to do this now, then fine.  If you prefer to work
with releases that is fine too.
