I am in a hurry now, so just quick remarks:
1) After my remarks you changed function list, but it you should
also make small changes to text before so that it matches
2) Some functions still needs clearer specification (I will write
later which)
3) You should think a bit about types of arguments and return
values. In particular I did not see any mention of streams
which are likely to be useful during lifting.
4) You should work on timeline without delay. Changes to earlier
parts are not going to be so large to invalidate timeline.
