As a first step in generalizing categories I did a few renamings:
Magma --> FreeMagma
Monad --> Magma
MonadWithUnit --> MagmaWithUnit
I also created two categories for nonassociative semirings.
To make thing more regular I changed abbreviation of
NonAssociativeRing to NARING. The previous abbreviation
NASRING now means semiring.
The next step would be to join nonassociative hierarchy
with associative one. However, this triggers bugs in
Spad compiler. More precisely there are problems with
handling conditions. So before going further we need
first fix compiler problems.
