Thanks for information. AFAICS you are building in the source
directory. In INSTALL we have:
: - currently on when using case insensitive filesystem (typically
: on Mac OSX and Windows) svn version can be only build in
: separate directory (in-tree build will fail). This does not
: affect release tarball.
but in fact, it is use pregenerated files which makes the
difference. So you need to either case sensitive filesystem
(I do not know how hard is to get one for Windows) or use
a separate directory for build.
