Finding the code. I could not find coercion to OutputForm in matrix.spad
so since it extends MatrixCategory I looked in matcat.spad and could not
find it there either.
At this point I must admit that I got lazy and gave up. I seem to
remember that Ralf recently gave a method for finding where the code
comes from, I probably should have searched for his email and used that
to find the code in array2.spad.
