changes for FAQ, README https://github.com/oldk1331/fricas/commit/078c3d1e0a838e35b978d49b2fa2684b9de94334.patch typo and doc fixes for spad files that I found in the past few days. Note: 1. You need to give a section name for FAQ section 3. (May be reorder some entries.) 2. I suggest to add Ralf's online documentation site https://fricas.github.io/ in FAQ section 2.3. 3. FAQ section 2.2, bug tracker. Clearly the sourceforge bug tracker is no longer used. We should add "report bugs directly to mailing list" to FAQ. But I think we need a bug tracker. The bug tracker can only have entries for bugs, and the discussions are done here at mailing list. So that we can track bugs more clearly, instead of let old bugs rot in mailing list. Another reason to have a bug tracker: I believe that many of you keep a personal bug list, at least I do (I have over 70 bugs, most of them from Axiom's buglist.) Gathering these bugs together will make contribute to FriCAS more easily.
