Add a test case for this pseudoDivide$NSUP bug:
(1) -> pseudoDivide(monomial(1,4)$NSUP INT+1,monomial(2,2)$NSUP INT+2)

(1) [coef= 2,quotient= 4? - 4,remainder= 16]
(2) -> pseudoDivide(monomial(1,4)$SUP INT+1,monomial(2,2)$SUP INT+2)

(2) [coef= 8,quotient= 4? - 4,remainder= 16]
The "coef" should be lcQ^(degP-degQ+1) = 2^(4-2+1) = 8
