I debuged this bug a little:

limit is from LIMITPS from limitps.spad.

Around line 386:
limit calls limit2 calls limit3 calls limitPlus

In this case, limit(ss,x=0,"right") calls limitPlus(ss::EXPR INT,x)

Around line 555:
limitPlus's lim fails, calls specialLimit

Arounf line 194:
In specialLimit, this is strange, doing limits on kernels,
such as sin(1/x), that'll fail, goes to specialLimitNormalize,
calls limitPlus(normalize ss, x), fails again.


2 things may go wrong:
a) lim in limitPlus is computed wrongly, it shouldn't be "failed"
b) limitPlus makes no sense
