More details: I removed "?*lc1^n" from subresultantSequenceBegin, and removed "? exquo c1^n" from subresultantSequence, so they should counteract and don't change result.
I changed the output of subresultantSequence to make it more normal. Next I'll try to fix chainSubResultants. One disadvantage of subresultantSequence is that is can't handle subresultantSequence(p1, p2) when degree(p1) = degree(p2). Another is that subresultantSequence is about 10% slower that chainSubResultants. I'm considering to remove subresultantSequence if I find that chainSubResultants is better.
