It' not FriCAS giving this error, it's sbcl giving this error.
The "Bash on Ubuntu on Windows", or "Windows Subsystem
for Linux" (WSL) can run Linux version (ELF) binary directly,
almost as fast as Linux.

The problem is that WSL can't run sbcl, let alone FriCAS.
Not testing other lisps.
