FriCAS has efficient solver for Hermite-Pade approximation problem.
There are some connections with computing Hermite normal form,
but ATM I do not know enough details to tell if our Hermite-Pade
solver can help with computing Hermite normal form.
Currently, for computing Hermite normal form (which is most
costly part of algebraic integration) we use old algorithm
with rather bad complexity.
