In the previous thread, I said I can't build FriCAS on WSL
because "sbcl can't dump image on WSL".

I'm not sure about that...  Can someone test if sbcl-1.3.15
can do a "save-lisp-and-die" on Windows 10 (1607)?

Anyway, I update to Windows 10 (1703) and give another
try, this time I can build FriCAS-1.3.1 from source in WSL,
with one samll problem:

It can't compile src/interp/sfsfun.clisp , because of

    nangenericcomplex () ==
            1.0/COMPLEX(0.0)

That function is only called once and I think we can safely
remove it.

After commenting out this function, FriCAS 1.3.1 can be
built from source in WSL (Windows 1703).
