As much as I like formal symbol flipping without concern for the 
application there are problems with this.  In general this turns a Taylor 
Series into a Laurent series if  [t^0]s_test != 0.  This conversion is not 
valid for a lot of Method of Coefficients and combinatorial arguments. 
 It's part of a set  assumptions that are carried forward in some 
arguments.  For instance: the result of  x*s_test/x   would depend upon the 
order of operations, and Lagrange Inversion has conditions on f(x) before 
it is valid.
